MAHARASHTRA PROHIBITING OF RAGGING ‘ACT’,

of the power-conferred by sub-Section (2) of
Section 1 of the Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging
act, 1999 the Government of Maharashtra hereby
appoints the first day of June 1999 to be the
date on which the said act shall come in to force.
